On Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed into law a bill that allows the sale of Ivermectin over the counter without a prescription. Fourteen states total, including North Carolina, Texas, West Virginia, Alabama, Maine, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Missouri, Louisiana, Idaho, and Georgia are currently attempting to pass a similar bill to allow the purchase of Ivermectin over the counter.

Arkansas Senate Bill 189 allows Ivermectin for human use to be sold without a prescription or consultation with a healthcare provider, limiting the power of Big Pharma and Big Sickcare to prevent people from taking their own healthcare into their own hands like they tried to do during the “Pandemic”.

During the height of the “pandemic,” the US Government under Joe Biden, much of the U.S. media, and countless sell out healthcare entities and providers demonized the use of Ivermectin to treat Covid and other health problems despite the fact that the drug has been safely used in humans since 1966 and is used frequently for all sorts of ailments all over the world.

In December 2021, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a stern warning to Americans: “Never use medications intended for animals on yourself or other people. Animal ivermectin products are very different from those approved for humans. Use of animal ivermectin for the prevention or treatment of COVID-19 in humans is dangerous.”

In 2022, a group of defiant doctors filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over the agencies’ unlawful attempts to block the use of Ivermectin in treating COVID-19.

The attack on Ivermectin was one of the many reasons NoJabDocs was founded.
