NoJabDocs and its Provider Sellers endeavor to provide excellent service for all members of our platforms. To accomplish this goal. Our refunds, returns, and cancellation policy was established to balance competing interests. While a Customer may only think of themselves and their needs in returning a product and requesting a refund, they should realize that they are causing a cost for the Seller and if all customers did this, that Seller would be out of business due to the inconsideration of their Customers. Conversely, misrepresentation, mistakes, miscommunication, and defective products do occur from Sellers and Customers should not be held responsible to pay for such situations where reasonable. NoJabDocs asks that all parties act morally, ethically, responsibly, and with consideration for the other party of the transactions.
Sellers who abuse Customers as a pattern will be banned from the NoJabDocs platform and Customers who consistently abuse Sellers as a pattern will be banned from the NoJabDocs platform. Please think of others and act with integrity, people. It’s not that hard if you aren’t super selfish and entitled!
Eligibility for Refunds:
Product Returns and Refunds are allowed under the following circumstances:
- Defective Product: If a product does not work as described or does not provide the outcome as described.
- Items Damaged in Shipping: Items that are damaged in shipping materially to the point of the item not being useful for its intended purpose. Damage to packaging is NOT included as a valid reason for a refund.
- Items Not Received: The delivery of an item is the responsibility of a Seller. Exclusions to this is if an item is stolen after confirmed delivery
- Late Shipping: If an item has not arrived more than 14 days past the estimated delivery date as provided by the Seller.
- Cancellation Before Shipping: If a Buyer has cancelled an order with a Seller before the item has shipped.
The Buyer is expected to provide proof of such claims in order to win any dispute. Failure to provide any tangible proof will result in a rejection of a dispute claim.
If a Seller requires a product to be returned for a Refund, a Buyer must return the item in order to receive the Refund.
Service Returns and Refunds are allowed under the following circumstances:
- Provider materially misrepresented the Service.
- The Service did not cover the need described.
Please note that the Buyer is expected to provide proof of any of the above claims to receive a refund. The bar is considered higher for Service returns and refunds as the service has been performed and the time and effort of the Seller may not be regained.
Returns and Refunds are NOT PERMITTED for the following reasons:
- A Buyer changes their mind about the purchase.
- If a physical equipment item has been used and is not resalable to another for various healthcare safety and cleanliness reasons.
- A Buyer who has used more than 25% of a consumable item like a tonic, lotion, or supplements.
Sellers may, at their sole discretion, agree to accept a return and issue a refund for items under this category of NOT PERMITTED refunds BUT the cost for return shipping shall always be on the Buyer and not the Seller if they elect to do so.
Please note that a Buyer that is found to be being deceptive about a returns and refunds process will be banned from the NoJabsDoc site.
Timeframe for Refund Requests:
- A Buyer must request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving a physical product. Any request after 30 days will be automatically rejected.
- For service refunds, the buyer must request the return and refund within 5 days after the service has been performed.
Refund Process:
Explain how customers can contact you to request a refund (e.g., email, phone number).
Outline the information required for a refund request (order number, reason for refund, etc.).
Specify that refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
NoJabDocs as Seller
- The Buyer first contacts NoJabDocs regarding the issue.
- NoJabDocs reviews the situation and makes a determination based on the Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
- NoJabDocs either decides in the favor of the Buyer on the refund, return, or cancellation request or does not and cites the reasoning for the decision in relation to the Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds are fully processed within 5-10 business days but may take longer depending on the Buyer’s bank or financial institution.
Seller Other Than NoJabDocs
- The Buyer first contacts the Seller to discuss the problem.
- The Buyer and Seller attempt to resolve the issue themselves.
- If the Seller elects to take a return, refund a purchase, and/or cancel an order, then they are required to start the process within 48 hours and send notification to the Buyer of what they have done and what is happening.
- The Buyer must fulfill all obligations agreed to with the Seller including returning the product.
- If the Buyer and Seller cannot reach an agreement between themselves the Buyer is able to Dispute an Order and contact NoJabDocs.
- NoJabDocs reviews all relevant information including communication, facts related to the Order, and the behavior of both parties.
- NoJabDocs issues a determination on what the outcome should be of a return, a refund, or a cancellation based on the Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy. NoJabDocs will cite the reasoning for the decision based on the Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
- Buyer and Seller both agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. Failure to agree to the decision of NoJabDocs on a decision may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- Refunds are fully processed within 5-10 business days but may take longer depending on the Buyer’s bank or financial institution.
Partial Refunds:
A Seller may, at their discretion, offer a Buyer a partial refund. A Buyer is under no obligation to accept the partial refund but they are encouraged to work in good faith with Sellers. All communications and actions will be reviewed if a Dispute is filed on a transaction and Buyers who have NOT acted in good faith in resolving a Dispute will be seen and this information will be used in NoJabDocs’ Dispute decision.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed via Stripe. Stripe indicates that refunds shall take 5-10 business days once they have been initiated by NoJabDocs or Sellers on the platform. Refunds may take additional time depending on a customer’s payment method and on their bank or financial institution.
Fees Associated with Refunds:
NoJabDocs and independent Sellers have the right to charge a restocking fee for physical goods that shall not exceed 20% of the cost of the item. This restocking fee is disclosed on all item pages.
Please note that Buyers will be refunded the total amount of the products being returned less the cost of any Stripe processing fees. Stripe processing fees are NOT refunded to Sellers or NoJabDocs under any circumstances.
Dispute Resolution:
Disputes must be filed within the 30 days window when Returns, Refunds & Cancellations are allowed.
NoJabDocs as Seller
- Before filing a Dispute, Buyer should have messaged and attempted to resolve the issue with the NoJabDocs directly. Not having done so will block the ability for the Dispute Process to begin.
- After having discussed the issue with NoJabDocs and not receiving the outcome you desire, you can Dispute the transaction from your Account on NoJabDocs by hitting the Dispute button.
- NoJabDocs will review the entirety of the transaction and how it complies with our Refund, Returns & Cancellations Policy.
- If we find that your Dispute aligns with our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy, we will honor your request for a refund, return, or cancellation.
- If we find that your Dispute does not align with our Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy, we will not honor a Buyer request for a refund, return, or cancellation and this is the final outcome on this issue the Buyer agree to accept without malicious attacks or intentional harm directed at NoJabDocs.
Seller Other Than NoJabDocs
- Before filing a Dispute, Buyer should have messaged and attempted to resolve the issue with the Seller directly. Not having done so will block the ability for the Dispute Process to begin.
- If the Buyer does not reach a satisfactory conclusion with the Seller then they may Dispute the transaction using the Dispute button in their Account. The Buyer should follow the prompts and enter as much of the information as possible in order for NoJabDocs to review the facts around the transaction and the Dispute claims of the Buyer.
- The Dispute will be reviewed by NoJabDocs and if requests for a return, refund, or cancellations and the facts around the order are in compliance with NoJabDocs Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. NoJabDocs may request additional information including statements from the Buyer or the Seller. Both Buyer and Seller agree to comply with requests within three (3) business days. Failure to reply to requests and comply with the requests within the allotted time will result in an automatic default judgment for the opposing party.
- If NoJabDocs determines that a return, refund, or cancellation is justified under the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, than NoJabDocs shall instruct the Seller to do so. If a Seller refuses, that Seller may be suspended or terminated and NoJabdocs reserves the right to refund monies to the Buyer from their account. The Seller agrees to this action by utilizing the Service.
- If NoJabDocs determines that a return, refund, or cancellation is not justified under the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy, then NoJabDocs shall close the Dispute and consider the issue around the Order concluded. The Buyer accepts that this is the final outcome on this issue the Buyer agrees to accept without malicious attacks or intentional harm directed at NoJabDocs.
Exclusions:
The following are exclusions to the Refund, Returns, & Cancellations Policy:
- Any product that has been used as much as 50% when returned is not eligible for a refund and the Seller may require the Buyer to pay for return shipping and refuse the refund.
- Refunds will not be accepted if a Buyer changed their mind or found a product somewhere else for a lower price. Buyers who attempt to cancel an order that has already shipped and then demand a refund will be looked at with scrutiny if they do not have a solid reason for the Cancelation request and subsequent Refund request.
- If any crime or scam is suspected or has been committed in relation to the attempt to obtain a refund. Buyers who show any pattern of consistent returns and abuse of the Refund, Returns & Cancellations Policy shall be included in this exclusion.
- If a Buyer is found to be dishonest about any aspect of the order or their experience then no Refund, Return, or Cancellation will be allowed. Much like in a court of law, a liar is always a liar and anything they say cannot be trusted.
Cancellations:
Cancellations of orders from a Buyer must be received BEFORE an item is shipped. Any cancellation after an order is shipped will be ignored by a Seller unless they, at their sole discretion, decide to cancel the order themselves. NoJabDocs retains the right to invoice a Buyer who issues a chargeback against these terms for Orders and seek legal action against them under the terms of this Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and our Terms of Service and Use.
Chargebacks
Buyers agree to not issue chargebacks when a request for a Refund, Return, or Cancellation or a Dispute on a Refund, Return or Cancellation is not found to be in their favor. Buyers understand and agree that issuing a chargeback on an order that has been found to not be refundable, returnable, or cancellable per the Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy will be determined to be an act of retribution and may lead to their account being suspended or permanently terminated.
No Threats or Coercion
Any threats or acts of coercion or manipulation against a Seller to accept a return, issue a refund, or cancel an item will result in an immediate review of a Buyer account and possible suspension or termination of their account on NoJabDocs.com. Bullying, intimidating, harassing, or threatening a Seller in any way will result in an immediate loss of any dispute and the rejection of any return, refund, or cancellation in dispute. Treat Sellers with respect. If they are a problem, NoJabDocs will deal with them accordingly.
Compliance with State & Local Laws
If any policies in the Refund, Returns & Cancellations Policy is not in compliance with State Laws, then State Laws shall override these terms. The State Law that overrides these terms shall ONLY apply to the State in which the law makes these terms not in compliance and not in any other State in the United States of America.
This term is not intended to be used as a way for every disgruntled customer to decide they are an attorney and put forth a legal lawfare claim. We will analyze, in good faith, any claim and decide on our own and we will involve our Legal if any malicious or bad faith actions are taken by any Seller or Buyer. Please act like decent human beings, people. We know it's hard for some of you.
