Return Policies

NoJabDocs as Seller

NoJabDocs accepts all returns for defective products or errors made in the order fulfillment. We do not accept returns due to a customer changing their minds. If a product is defective or a mistake has been made, please email us at info@nojabdocs.com with the order number and the specific problem with the product or order.

NoJabDocs covers return shipping for defective products or errors made in the order fulfillment. If we find, upon a return, that an item or order was correct, the customer may be charged for the cost of the shipping to them and the return shipping.

User as Seller

NoJabDocs has given our User Sellers the ability to choose between the four refund policies listed below and to state that on their profile. Please refer to a Seller’s listing to see their Refund Policy

  1. No refunds whatsoever. Shipping issues remain the Seller’s liability.
  2. Refunds for products broken and damaged in shipping, faulty products, or gross misrepresentation of product or service.
  3. Refund given with no questions asked but return shipping required to be incurred by the Buyer for returning any items.
  4. Refund given with no questions asked and seller pays return shipping cost.

NoJabDocs does not intervene materially in disputes between Sellers and Buyers on our site at this time.
