1. You agree that by agreeing to write for NoJabDocs.com, either for St. Luke's List or on our Blog, that you will abide by these Terms & Conditions as well as the Content Guidelines. You also agree to act professional in all writings and dealings.

2. You agree to work in good faith and morally, ethically, and legally towards the goal of informing consumers and patients about the history of health, food, healthcare, medicine, and all related issues to these.

3. You agree to write the truth as you know it and have researched it and to not be influenced in any way by monetary, career, political, or other influences besides the truth.

4. You agree to bring any falsehoods published on NoJabDocs, LLC to the company's attention immediately and if you become aware of any writings you have made where the facts are incorrect or have changed, you agree to work quickly to submit revisions to correct the errors.

5. You agree that all writings are the legal property of NoJabDocs, LLC and you agree that you retain no legal rights to the writings or any income they may produce. You agree that NoJabDocs, LLC has the right to edit the writings you submit as needed.

6. You agree that if your writings are found to be materially inaccurate, dishonest, or misleading that you may be suspended or permanently removed as a writer.

7. While DES will not turn over the names of our writers without a court order, all writers remain liable for any defamation against any entity, group, or person.

8. You agree to indemnify NoJabDocs, LLC for any and all claims against it related to your writings.
